One of the things this current world event has caused is uncertainty.
It has also been an excuse for some to tune out, overeat, worry,
get angry, or fear.
It's similar to permitting ourselves to tune-out.
Accept how you have been during this turbulent time. It is what it is.
Accept the responses of others in your life, country, community, and family.
That is what is so.
Life has always been uncertain. Deep inside, we know that.
Whatever is happening right now, accept it as what it is.
Even if your response is fear, blame, anger, or frustration.
Let's keep our head and proceed forward with living each
and every day like we always have.
Realize that life is uncertain and whatever occurs in our lives is what it is.
Blame, anger, tuning out, and frustration will not change what is so.
Whatever each day brings, accept it as the uncertainty that we have always known.
It is what it is.
Accept yourself and how you have been. It's what is so.
Accept the uncertainty and continue to live life every day.
Live fully being the person who you are, and the person you are striving to
become.
Thank you for who you are and the person you are becoming.
