This video is a reminder concerning the 3-day apraxia and aphasia courses that are being offered in Las Vegas by Moshe Mark Ittleman, M.S., CCC/SLP Senior Speech-Language Pathologist who wrote The Teaching of Talking Book. Learn how to stimulate speech and language for those who suffer from stroke or aphasia,

 

He is completing a second book that addresses speaking clarity for those with apraxia using The Teaching of Talking Method Apraxia.  This book is written for the care giver or family member who wants to help their loved one talk at home, the best place for an intensive apraxia or aphasia course, that can go on indefinitely. 

 

 

The courses are February 4, 5, and 6 for Apraxia and February 24, 25, and 26th for the aphasia course. Both courses are focused on teaching caregivers the methods Moshe Mark has used successfully to help those with apraxia and aphasia talk again.

Entrance to the 3 days intensive is for the spouse or family member and person with apraxia or aphasia.  Those without caregivers may also attend.  Speech therapists who would like to rachet up their clinical skills in these areas are also invited.
